One Pho The Road

Pulled into Little Rock, Arkansas this evening after a long, hot drive, and all I could think about was a bowl of pho.

I wasn't in the mood to play hide and seek. I just searched the GPS for Asian restaurants until something vaguely Vietnamese showed up. Saigon Cuisine fit the bill.

Soon all was well. I was ever grateful.
